Across our Division, we are passionate about creating opportunities for continuous learning, across all levels of our business.

Last week, as part of the Water Division Training Academy, our Divisional Leadership Board, along with the Area and Commercial Directors, came together to gain deeper insights into strengthening connections, to work together as one team.

Partnering with Andrew Hall Coaching, our team enhanced their skills and knowledge, in preparation to achieve greater opportunities for growth across our business.

The day was filled with engaging opportunities to understand each other better, and explore how as individuals, we can come together to improve communication, promote collaboration and spark innovation.

Iain Sutherland, Managing Director of M Group Services’ Water Division, said: “Every day is a learning experience, and as leaders, we are no different from everyone else. This day instilled the mindset that we all have the gift to reflect, connect and understand those around us better.

“We all share the same goal of being ‘one team’. This is the beginning of our journey in transforming our leadership team.”
